You are invited to join me! Members, and the public alike, are invited to join me for a six week series of Kripalu yoga geared towards beginners and the recently injured (please be cleared for practice by your doctor). We'll practice each posture/asana and find the variation appropriate for everyone before moving to the next posture. After completing this series participants will have the confidence to join any class with a greater understanding and ability to maintain an appropriate practice for themselves.
